just a quick note, to inform members of the general public that I haven't checked this weblog in at the pearly gates just yet, despite the unprecedented hiatus. a bunching of factors just kicked in simultaneously enough to make me drop it for a while, a bit fed up and nauseated. life as a reindeer killer was on hiatus, and personal life both too interesting and too deliciously personal to urge any cultivation of disclosure practices.

anyway- I'm back up in polmak now, on the finnish border, with a rental car standing in for the car-shaped monstrosity of yesteryear and slaughtering starting in a week or so. the aim this year is to slaughter 1000 official Rudolphs, to the 150 of yesteryear [not counting the chopped ones], so there should be ample action for restless nerves tired of the bookish life. will at least attempt to keep updating this more regularly for the next while.
